'I am That Friend'

“I'm that friend-
Who remains there until someone nicer comes in to replace, until you find someone with more sense of humor.

I'm that friend-
Who will come to your rescue whenever needed, irrespective of the day or night time.

I'm that friend-
Whom you can hangout with at any time of the day and enjoy a cup of coffee at your favorite outlet in the town.

I'm that friend-
Whom you can call for any kind of help. You can call me your 3am friend.

I'm that friend-
In whom you will find many flaws but still would like to talk to coz the better has still not arrived.

I'm that friend-
Who would single handedly make you win the battle. (Friend in need)

I'm a kind of friend who knows that he's no the greatest, not the most talented. But knows how to make his best ones happy.

That's who I am, a friend who's always there until someone better comes and replaces.”

The Mother Asked for Gift - A Daughter

The mother asked nature to bless her with a daughter who'd  care. she said as cold as glacier adjustable as water the care taker the survivor the one who'd replicate her the one who'd hug on failure. my oldage, she said she would nurture the best of better during the heaviest thunder she'd provide the best shelter. a baby girl she wished for putting an end to the war to the God she said, I demand nothing more A wish to see before I sleep forever on the floor.

The Next Step

Expected & accepted The life lied And reality distracted Leaving protected Family directed. The plea Staying back rejected Starting new Scared too Stepping steps Other side of doorstep The world waited. I hesitated For the final seeing To start believing To live while dreaming To see twin changing The domicile. Wishes, Lucks, Greetings Maybe self failed to share The ongoing changes. The night most feared Bidding farewell While few smiled The world left behind CRIED - Pushkin Channan

Isn't That Weird

"Isn't it weird How can you go from being everything to nothing in the blink of ignored text messages. You can talk for months or even years, about everything & nothing. You can know more about each other than anyone has ever known before. And then one day One of us decides it is enough And then stop replying, And then stop trying, And it's just over. No words to break it off. No heartfelt goodbye's. Just a bunch of broken promises and the stories that will never find their endings. It's just cut off and we go on with our lives. AND NEVER BOTHERED TO LOOK BACK."
