The book of 'Friendship'

"The book of 'Friendship', I wanted to write. Those empty pages which were left blank, now demanded to be inked. Inked in various colors. Describing the emotions. The emotions that were confined to myself only. The memories that were stored in the heart. The pages wanted to get filled with stories that no one knew. The story that could give rise to a new morning. Or a poetry that could give birth to a new dawn. Something new, the occassion demanded.

Leaving behind the time that was full of dark. Caused by the years that went talkless. Having not been able to talk, the heart wished if we could go back into the time zone and re-live the occasions that were missed and re-create the memories that would be cherished. Life Long. And in the years lying ahead, the book will be opened and read, 'Once Upon A Time...'."

New Comer In The City

I left home right after class 12 to pursue my graduation and then my profession. 16 August, 2013 I entered the city of millionaires, Gurgaon. As a kid of a small town from Haryana, I was surprised by the fast paced life of the city people. Those expensive vehicles, the huge mansions and the luxurious streets. What do I do in a city that's completely unknown to me!! A city where I stood at one side of that concrete road and saw the glamour on the opposite side. I understood, the life of a common person is not easy, and in the years it was proven right. Where do I go? Whom do I talk to? Whom do I call my friend?  The situation was like a kid who has entered the hostel for the first time. A complete stranger in the city. Were strangers really a danger? Well, how do you get that tag of a stranger removed if you really want to befriend someone?? Simple - Go and talk. And that I was afraid to do. 'Some great relations in life start with that first word being exchanged more precisel...

'To Her Next Best Friend'

"You may have a large bunch of people around you. You may also have a huge friend circle and not willing to add more names to that. But you will fall for her friendship. It's inevitable. That energy which flows out when she speaks. The spark spark in her eyes and the way they crunch when she smiles and laughs, the way her eyes get rolled up when something dorky is said, the way she reacts when she is down and sad; every single thing of hers will force you to be-friend her. You should know that her eyes light up when she talks about moon and space, you need to calm her down when she's excited or else she will end up apologizing!! You should know that she hates being called liar too. Make sure you make her feel her presence. Make sure you always meet after certain time gap. Promise me you will never complain about her to her of not sticking to her promises. Or else tears will roll out from her eyes. She has always been there for her best friend and I assure you her presence...
