'Dear Night'

"Dear Night And as I age, I thankyou for letting me fall in love with you. Dear Night Thankyou for making me realise the importance of diminishing day light For teaching me the ways those were always right Allowing me to accompany my peace of mind. Dear Night Thank you for those late night talks Thankyou for the wrong roads not being chosen for the long walks. Dear Night Thankyou to make me fight And allowing me to write  On those blank-left 'whites' The story and the summary of the great heights."            -  Pushkin Channan

The book of 'Friendship'

"The book of 'Friendship', I wanted to write. Those empty pages which were left blank, now demanded to be inked. Inked in various colors. Describing the emotions. The emotions that were confined to myself only. The memories that were stored in the heart. The pages wanted to get filled with stories that no one knew. The story that could give rise to a new morning. Or a poetry that could give birth to a new dawn. Something new, the occassion demanded. Leaving behind the time that was full of dark. Caused by the years that went talkless. Having not been able to talk, the heart wished if we could go back into the time zone and re-live the occasions that were missed and re-create the memories that would be cherished. Life Long. And in the years lying ahead, the book will be opened and read, 'Once Upon A Time...'."        - Pushkin Channan

'A Family - Best Friends'

"The night that was awaited for long The city lights That heard the songs being sung along. The Music of sadness The lyrics of madness. Making them embrace the sickness Made them kiss the emptiness. Never did they want to miss The occasions that were meant to live. Friends - the world said Best Friends - they acclaimed We are a 'FAMILY' Their 💓 murmured to each other."    - Pushkin Channan

"The Goodbye's"

"Those goodbyes That were said Those 💓 felt good byes That received prayers Not to be met. Somehow, somewhere They met Bayonet to bayonet. Ah!! Left behind  The feelings to die With the most prized possession Of those watery eyes. The greatest lies Of being together forever Heard the loudest cries. Those recited lullabies Those recorded voice of the ally Were the 'blessings in disguise' Short lived happiness Saw the sorrow arise Rocketing into the sky. To which keeping alive Was the greatest suicidal attempt That's being survived." Pushkin Channan

'The Evenings'

"The Evenings Witnessed many Hi's & Bye's For the moments  That were lived  For the occasions That were missed. The Evenings Often followed the  Tiry mornings  Those chairs out In the dusk hour, and  The cups filled  With hot twining's. Made the way for the stars 🌟 That were seen shining. The Evenings  Followed a new dawn Capturing the moments Making the memories To be cherished Life Long."
