I Saw

"I saw the sun setting down
I saw the end of a new day
I saw the birds going back to their nests
I saw the kids going back from their play-fields
I saw people's dreams coming true
I saw many shattering down because of the dreams being broken
I saw a bunch of people running like a mad-man
Towards the destination that is not even certain
Giving that destination a wild goose chase
And not even assure of the comfort level after falling in that space!!
I saw a kid getting lost in the crowd
I saw people shopping like storm cloud.
I saw the world going upside down.

And during all this;
I saw you changing.
I saw you moving ahead.
I saw you making new circles.
I saw you scaling new heights.
I saw you getting molded in a better person.
I saw you leaving mark in my head.
I saw it all happening when you were busy with your life style.
I saw you leaving behind the inked pages of your past.
I saw your beginning to write the blank pages of the-to-be-History book.
And then One Day, without letting you even have an idea
I will see my self perishing
And,
I will see you from the top and
Inform my fellow mates that she is my
          'BEST FRIEND'."

The Mother Asked for Gift - A Daughter

The mother asked nature to bless her with a daughter who'd  care. she said as cold as glacier adjustable as water the care taker the survivor the one who'd replicate her the one who'd hug on failure. my oldage, she said she would nurture the best of better during the heaviest thunder she'd provide the best shelter. a baby girl she wished for putting an end to the war to the God she said, I demand nothing more A wish to see before I sleep forever on the floor.

The Next Step

Expected & accepted The life lied And reality distracted Leaving protected Family directed. The plea Staying back rejected Starting new Scared too Stepping steps Other side of doorstep The world waited. I hesitated For the final seeing To start believing To live while dreaming To see twin changing The domicile. Wishes, Lucks, Greetings Maybe self failed to share The ongoing changes. The night most feared Bidding farewell While few smiled The world left behind CRIED - Pushkin Channan

The Day In Life

I sit here surrounded not by humans although with those endless thoughts that are echoing in my head since last night post your departure. Hey Little Angle!! I write here sitting, for you, under the sky talking to clouds and asking them about your well-being. Just been 24 hours you had left home to kick off your new life. However it still seems to be a dream to acknowledge the fact that you are now officially a woman. A girl who just few hours back was the most pampered kid of the home now is a wife to someone whom you would tag as your LIFE. The time has flown with Godspeed. The night sky doesn't talk and the day doesn't let me communicate my emotions well. It would be hard to steal time in the years following. We do not share blood relation. The amount of love and care you have been blessed by your own people is much more than I could have, solely, blessed you with. All I could have done last night was to be a part of the group of people who came forward to bid you farewell
